Making dinner

Yesterday morning when we left the house, this was the view. What happened to spring?

But even snow and ice can't get me down today! Look what finally arrived!!

For years, I have blamed a faulty oven for the burnt offerings that we call food. It will be interesting now to see if I was right.

If nothing else, from this day forward, food at this house will be charred in style!
