It's time for them to leave!".

c.nottinghamAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2452306540403628092.post-92006582306545330282009-11-07T09:18:04.256-05:002009-11-07T09:18:04.256-05:00...to add to Marcie's thoughts...to me they re......to add to Marcie's thoughts...to me they resemble life (my first thoughts when looking at Barb's leaf and thinking...What's pretty or photogenic about that dead looking leaf??). Barb's leaf's beauty was not in what she saw but its darkness spoke of its long, productive life (all the colors) that it served the tree, the earth, and its Creator! So each leaf that falls, "dead" to the earth symbolizes a purpose fulfilled. Your verse Barb summed it all up...a woman's beauty is much the same. Being spent for others is what makes her truly attractive - much like you Barb!
c. nottinghamAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2452306540403628092.post-35338176542804019132009-11-06T23:29:58.856-05:002009-11-06T23:29:58.856-05:00I raked leaves today, and Ikey asked, "Why ar...I raked leaves today, and Ikey asked, "Why are they called leaves?" What do you say to such a question? Leaves seem to be on my mind (and apparently yours) lately. Hmmmm.... They ARE an interesting creation of God's. Like our lives... young buds, green, yellow, red, then brown, and, gone so quickly.Marcienoreply@blogger.com
